
Weight training makes me feel empowered; a good lift never fails to leave me feeling strong, confident, and capable. After too many years of spending hours on end doing exercise that I didn't enjoy, feeling stuck in a toxic relationship with food, and failing to see the results I wanted, I discovered weight training and after seeing the impact it made in my own life and fitness journey, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience with other women, both online and within my community.
