Each instructor is there to coach you through the class, whether that be increasing the intensity for you or giving you modifications to suit your fitness level. Private sessions are available, but not mandatory for beginners. We welcome and support all fitness levels, and it is our goal to help everyone achieve the transformation they crave.

I’ve taken the climbing and lagree classes and I haven’t taken one class I haven’t loved!
What really sets them apart, at least for me, is the fact that class times start and end promptly at the stated times.
If you are completely new to lagree like I was, it can take a couple of classes to really get a grip of the names of the movements and the movements themselves, but don’t let that discourage you.
Definitely recommend and coming back as much as possible.
I’ve seen the best results from doing these classes 1-2x per week than any other workout or studio.

Although the Climb/Lagree/Yoga combo offers something for everyone at both locations, I specifically would recommended someone that is a tired of the big "box gym" workout giving a Lagree class a try.
Pro tip - if you haven’t taken a Lagree class before I’d definitely recommend their 101 class to start as it will help you feel more comfortable learning all of the different movements.
I have a few sports injuries and they take the time to find modifications specific to your needs, while still getting a killer workout with minimal impact on your joints.
