Titan Tactical was founded in 2019 to offer fitness training in a private-gym setting for those in "tactical" professions, such as law enforcement, fire and rescue, and more. Since opening, we've grown and now offer fitness training for General Fitness needs, Athletic Strength and Conditioning, slowing the progression of Parkinson's Disease, and more! He works with me on a session-by-session basis and makes changes to my program as needed, so that I am getting exactly what is best for my progress and is safe for me personally.
