While Covid was a big downer, Jennifer's adaptation of Zoom classes has allowed me to continue to practice while home in New England and while on the road when traveling.
Due to life events and Covid I haven't been able to find time for yoga, 3 years later I was finally able to make a class.
! Perfectly sequenced practice, excellent directive (when I can practice with my eyes closed and clearly understand what to do with just vocal direction, I know I’m in the presence of a marvelous teacher) and the meditation made the practice complete
Every teacher, every staff member there always goes above and beyond to share the beauty of yoga from their hearts and souls, and it will inspire you in ways you never dreamed of!
The class offerings, the dedicated owner and staff and the community that has been created here is very special and welcoming for all to practice yoga.
Because yoga works with both internal mental alignment and actual physical alignment, I can say I am now more balanced both in my life and in my body.
I'm glad I made the decision to practice yoga regularly and The Yoga Sanctuary was the perfect find!
