He helped me with my form, learn new exercises to help with my back, and helped me push myself when I felt like giving up on a set.
I would recommend David as a personal trainer to anyone starting their fitness journey and hoping to find kind, hard-working coach/companion.
My time was/is very limited due to a busy schedule but after a couple of months of working out I started to see the results and was convinced he knows what he is doing!
