Our coaching perspective stems from our own experiences as competitive athletes. We begin by coaching each client to rethink the process of their goals. Every detail matters because fast results are more about technique rather than strength. With every session there is a huge emphasis on “how to get to the goal", so we make sure to explain techniques using different verbal, physical, and visual learning styles until all clients completely understand the objective for the workout that day.
