Wonderful gym and welcoming!
Great local gym has everything u need to lose weight or build muscle Steve the owner and Ian the manager are super friendly will answer any question and show u how to lift with great form.
The staff are educated, friendly and easy to approach.
I appreciate the dress code and standards of cleanliness - everyone must spray & wipe whatever they touch.
As a newcomer to the gym scene in 2021, I was impressed: the staff knows members by name, members are friendly but mind their own business, and the facility is always clean.
Moved to So Flo and every gym is over crowded, dirty and rude.
Getting out of work after 6pm on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday you will be hard pressed to find a gym that’s open, being 24/7 is ultra convenient for me.
