When I first started at Live JACKED, I had just had several surgeries from being diagnosed with cancer a few months prior. I suffered from daily headaches, muscle pain and discomfort from scoliosis in my spine. My ultimate goal was to compete in a bikini competition and as a mom of young twins, (who had a c-section), working 50+ hours per week, I was concerned that I would not be able to make the necessary commitments or accomplish my goals. Mike B. made it extremely easy for me to follow daily meal guides and workout schedules. Since first starting with Live JACKED, I now no longer have headaches, nor back pain, my cancer is successfully in remission and I competed in an NPC Bikini Competition. My life has been positively changed and I love the fact that I can set a healthy example...
