Hey all! My name is Arrick! I am the Owner of Pure-N-Fit Training and I'll also be your trainer! I've spent years training in everything from weight lifting, boxing, group fitness, weight loss and so much more. I've been blessed with the opportunity to have helped many reach their goals from youth to adults. We've done this by first helping you to understand that each goal begins with a renewed mind; a mind to change your current situation in order to reach your goals. Whatever that goal may be, my goal is to teach you what it takes to get there and go beyond.
