Claudia and Project: Body has transformed my body! ! I started initially with personal training a few days a week to gain muscle and get wedding ready. But now I am hooked, it's no longer about a short term goal but a part of my life! Claudia is incredible and knows how to work your individual body to see incredible results. I used to be timid of group classes but now love them. All the instructors challenge you and everyone is so encouraging. Highly recommend - it has been life (and body) changing for me! !!
