Second I took private one on one sessions to become familiar with the proper form so that I prevent any injury. At last, after my private sessions, I was able to join the group classes. ⁣ ⁣ The initial fundamentals are the most important lessons in any workouts since those dictate the habits our body creates and with good habits, better results will appear in the future and definitely fewer injuries. ⁣ ⁣ The initial one on one sessions helped me by not to simply copy what I think is correct form.
