"My onboarding process was very thought out. At first, I had a close conversation with Coach Mary to discuss my goals. Second I took private one on one sessions to become familiar with the proper form so that I prevent any injury. At last, after my private sessions, I was able to join the group classes. ⁣ ⁣ The initial fundamentals are the most important lessons in any workouts since those dictate the habits our body creates and with good habits, better results will appear in the future and definitely fewer injuries. ⁣ ⁣ The initial one on one sessions helped me by not to simply copy what I think is correct form. It truly helped me to break down workouts with the proper technique and Coach Mary explained which muscles I am supposed to use. Also with the one on one sessions, it gave the coach the opportunity to see my limits on what I can actually do and where I need help. ⁣ ⁣ As far as the group classes, It's amazing, everyone is encouraging. We are all on different levels. I become motivated seeing others work hard and it makes me push myself. I surprise myself sometimes of how much I can do, since I never really picked up a weight before. Group classes are encouraging. All coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful.
