I have been training BJJ for over 13 years, and martial arts even longer. I've trained at academies around the world, and Progresso is one of the best academies I've been fortunate to call home. Professor Alex, Davi and Carol are outstanding instructors, in addition to being world class competitors. They have created a safe and stimulating environment where practitioners of all levels, abilities, backgrounds and goals can flourish. The facility itself is top level, with ample mat space and changing rooms, heavy bags and other striking equipment, and above all a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
