Carla and all of the instructors have a deep understanding of movement, and an amazing eye for spotting weaknesses and developing strength. Their passion is genuine and their enthusiasm contagious. Through Pilates, all of my exercise practices have improved, as I now understand my body's inclinations to 'cheat' by using strong muscles to save the weaker muscles from doing the work, and I also understand how to better support my body muscularly to prevent injury. It is not an exaggeration to say that finding Posture Studio has changed my life. ”

Polina is such a thoughtful and insightful teacher.
Working with Carla has been transformational--I have learned so much about how to move and stand so that I keep my body in proper alignment and don't experience pain.

She is so good at helping clients build strength and functional movement patterns after injury, and I only wish I had discovered her work years earlier.
