Pilates without good form is not very effective and having an instructor like KJ (or any other instructor at the Foundation) to point it out as you do it can really help to make sure you are doing EFFECTIVE Pilates.

My instructor, Audrey is patient, informative, and very detailed when it comes to holding the right posture to help you push through your limits and really improve.
