During the pandemic, I have kept up my individual mat sessions over Zoom and my instructor has been a gem.

I found it quite by accident back when it was the ONLY dedicated space for yoga in Charlotte.
Other classes/studios I have experienced have mostly been big machines that push 50+ people in a studio with little to no individual attention.
I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years--and while I've dabbled in other styles occasionally--in my experience, nothing comes close to the precision, depth, and effectiveness of the Iyengar approach.
I have talked myself into more mindfulness just writing this review and will return again to work through and with my injured body and mind.
