Paradigm Crossfit

This is a true community and as I am just beginning and can't do the crazy workouts at full weight (yet) all the members and trainers encourage and motivate me to keep pushing!

The atmosphere was always welcoming with a smile on everyone’s face.

For those that don't like going to regular gyms this is the place for you.

Came to Paradigm Crossfit as a Drop-In for a couple of workouts while I was in town.

The crew definitely know how to have fun as we celebrate milestones together, when you sign up with the gym you’re not just joining the gym but becoming part of the paradigm family.

They provide great quality Zoom classes for people exercising home and outdoor classes with proper social distancing and cleaning procedures.

With an easy to follow nutrition plan, amazing support and encouragement from our coach Ronny and fellow burners, great workouts with modifications as needed, and accountability, I dropped 23 pounds in 6 weeks.

I have been physically challenged to push myself, taught more productive and useful ways to get the most out of my workout, been supported with my personal goals, and inspired to make changes that improve my overall quality of life.
