Nick is awesome. I've been working out twice a week with Nick for six months, after not doing any consistent exercise since high school. My initial goal was to drop some weight and to firm up so I could look a little better at an important event in August. This mission is solidly accomplished--more important the strength and flexibility training I do with Nick has me feeling stronger, sleeping better and just feeling better in general. Where we started with 5 pound weights on some exercises, I now train with 25-35 pounds. Nick has increased the intensity of each exercise and introduced new ones on a schedule that keeps me at the right level of "sore" after every workout.

Unfortunately, I am a bit injury prone (having started personal training sessions with a prior ankle injury) and have had a few more injuries since the start of this year, and Aaron has been very considerate and has so much knowledge to be able to work around my various injuries, without further injuring myself and still getting a good workout in.
Its been 2 months since I have been working out with Aaron at Palladino for my fitness goals
He has been working with my son and they have a real bond.
Other than that, Palladino Personal Training, with its dedicated team and welcoming environment, is highly recommended for those seeking a holistic and effective fitness journey.
One time I had to take my very active 7 year old son with me during a session and he was all over the place trying weights and Aaron handled him patiently and professionally.
I really like the customized workout plan that he has developed for me and he pushes me, in a positive way, to achieve my goals.
I hit a plateau in my strength training, so went to Palladino to try and figure it out.
I did go to a physical therapist--which Nick totally supported--and was hopeful that I could learn techniques from the therapy sessions that Nick and I could incorporate into our training, so I could conquer the sciatica permanently.
You can tell right when you walk in that the focus is on providing personalized training and that the staff and owner truly care about their athletes.
In the two years, I have been working with him, I have witnessed significant improvements in my core strength, range of motion, and flexibility.
