If you're looking for a calm soothing voice to paint a picture for you, this is the class for you.
After just 10 classes I feel like a whole new woman.
I suffer from a lot of aches and pains from being a marine, and firefighter over the years and the restorative yoga not only gave me a healing feeling on the inside but it was an over great experience and I feel much lighter less pain and will definitely go again!
We attend the Grown Up and Me classes with my 2 yr old when I can and attend the Rising Stars events for teens with my daughter.
Speaking with Nick in person and being able to tell him about my goals and how I was trying to accomplish them—we began adding private sessions into my practice that were tailored to my goals and while healing some old injuries that were preventing me from progressing.
I felt I got what my body needed from the class and will be going back.
Wonderful time where my little could join in and run around as he wanted.
Nice studio for hot yoga and those with flexible schedules.
Love the vibe and I always walk out of his classes feeling better than when I walked in.
I left feeling renewed alive and my stress melted away.
