In the early 90's after receiving his 2nd degree Black Belt, in Tae Kwon Do, Coach (Kru) Marc Meltzer started his Muay Thai training. Coach (Kru) Marc has trained with & competed under some of the most prolific Muay Thai trainers & fighters in the country! He's spent his formative years with Kru Mark Nardone and Kru Phil Nurse & Kru Mark Dellagrotti. In more recent years he's traveled to both Louisville KY & Doublin , CA to seek coaching knowledge from Coach Eric Haycraft & Coach Kirian Fitzgibbons. I’ve been doing combat sports for a good amount of time and I’ve trained with quite a few gyms and people and I must say that north shore did not disappoint.
Super clean gym with a very retro atmosphere and they always make me feel welcome!
Marc is a great coach, he looks after the training and keeps it interesting.
The classes are always varied and interesting, and the people are just all nice, no egos, no attitudes, no creeps.
Marc structures classes in a way to accommodate all levels in a very inclusive environment.
Great place to get some hard training in with great training partners
On top of the intense workout the trainers explain everything being taught in a manner that is easily understandable, i highly recommend joining the fun!
