Open to both beginner and advanced boxers who meet Coach Brad’s skill and conditioning criteria, Team Training offers you the chance to take your boxing to a competitive level. Once you’ve made the team, you’ll join our highly trained squad of athletes who’ve built a great reputation — not only for our ability in the ring but with the way in which we conduct ourselves outside it, too. To stay on the STC Boxing & Fitness team, you need to have the right attitude, good attendance, consistent grades and excellent conditioning. If you want to compete, you must attend both of our weekly sessions. These run on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 – 8 PM.
