Boxing for Competition: (Contact Boxing) If you’re interested in taking your boxing skills to the next level, sign up for our Boxing for Competition Membership. This is ideal for anyone who wants to spar or has their sights set on competing at a local or national level. Under the direction of our experienced coaches at our gym in Waltham, MA, you’ll practice footwork, develop speed, gain explosive power, and work on improving your offensive and defensive skills. Along the way, we’ll teach you the ins and outs of the boxing ring — including boxing strategies to help you overcome opponents. With this membership, you can take part in all our Heavy Bag and Strength & Conditioning classes, as well as Team Training every Monday and Wednesday. If for any reason you decide sparring or full-contact boxing is not for you, you can easily switch to our Boxing for Fitness Membership. All memberships/monthly dues auto-renew 30 days after sign-up.
