I never expected this, but the profound sense of community and support I get from my trainer has played such a crucial role in keeping me motivated and engaged throughout my fitness journey.
For years I was unable to do a pull up and after working with Ahmed for a few months I decided to try a pull up at the gym and after I did one I felt like I was on cloud nine.
In the past my serve was ok, but I’ve noticed substantial power increases which brought my game to a whole new confidence level!
It has been great working with Lotus fitness in that we have a scheduled meeting twice per week and the program is customized for me.

My ACL reconstruction feels 100% like normal, I’ve gotten my strength back as well as the confidence knowing I was taken care of by the best professional.
He further recommended that I do unilateral upper body workouts (lifting with the right arm only, then with the left arm only) because bilateral lifting often recruits mostly your back’s stronger side, which won’t help the weaker side to strengthen up!
