The quality is unmatched by any other gym in the area, and it has a great culture!
This is by far the most I have gotten out of my investment; the facility and equipments simply make sense and are conducive to a serious training regimen, and I've been steadily making progress both in strength and muscle gain
I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to learn how to strength train and build muscle.
The gym is organized, has some amazing equipment you can’t find anywhere else, great personal trainers, and an uplifting, educational, life and mentality-shifting transformation challenge!
It's a gym focused on lifting (hence the name), but it's not intimidating for a newbie like me.
