Joining Laurel’s yoga classes has without a doubt been the best decision I have ever made for my mental, physical and emotional well-being.
My first yoga class was done with Laurel and I absolutely love her classes!
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I jump out of bed to join the warm and welcoming space that she creates (no mean feat, since I usually struggle to motivate myself to get up to exercise).
I look forward to it every single time, even though I get up at 5:30am so I can first walk my dogs and eat breakfast before we start at 7:30am.
I am a dance instructor with the VXN/ vixen arm and it takes a lot out of you physically!
Laurel brings an infectious and bright energy to class--her virtual classes have kept me sane while sheltering in place!
And probably equally if not more important, Laurel gently reminds me, with down-to-earth yet striking imagery that stays with me for hours after class, to be kind to myself.
