I have been taking classes here for about 7 months and have loved every second of it!
Great price for the amount of training they offer.
The instructors here are awesome, and the classes are fun, as each training session of the week is switched up in order to train all aspects of martial arts.
I was nervous starting in my 50s but this is a welcoming environment for all ages and backgrounds.
