After two-cycles(almost 5months), due to certain circumstances I had to leave Dallas, and subsequently, the gym. . .. However, my fitness journey reached new heights with the Hunger in the Wild training program. Whether it's strength training or Olympic weightlifting, the trainers and gym owners display remarkable expertise and purpose in their training programs. Their coaching skills and understanding of mechanics are truly impressive. Before embracing their program, my squat PR was 62kg, but by the end of the first cycle, it surged to an impressive 79kg.
