I had cervical spine surgery 3 years ago for pain, and now am suffering from chronic pain in my lumbar spine.
Two classes offered right now, lunchtime buster for those of us who sit in front of a computer all day, and an early morning ‘get yourself going’ class.
Her classes are a food for the mind, body and soul!
Her classes are small and personal; her method is unique to any yoga I have ever practiced.

Greenleaf Yoga "on line" is every bit as effective as in-studio (although the studio setting is much preferred).

I have recently begun Yoga Nidra~Deep Peace and Relaxation and it is like having a full body massage or a 4 hour nap and when class is over, I have felt so energized and happy and truly at peace.
In these COVID times these virtual sessions are a key portion of my life and way to bring some peace and sanity to daily life.
