Learning proper form and lifting weights is actually really fun 😊 Matt is so knowledgeable and has been a great sounding board (and I ask A LOT of questions haha) talking through food choices and eating habits and also super supportive through my rough respiratory illness and small surgery when I was really frustrated, adjustments were made when needed and just kept going in a safe way which I appreciate so much!
He is knowleagable, patient, and positive.
The trainers are delightful and energetic, a really great community that has open arms to the less than athletic (like myself).

My husband has also progressed significantly and is approaching maximum strength (compared to college athlete days) and loves that we have regularly scheduled sessions, so that they don't get out-prioritized by other things
Dan in particular does an exceptional job at not only providing a lot of variety to each session, but taking time to explain and offer up guidance along the way.
