Have had alot of massages but Debbie's technique is very therapeutic and the most relaxing!

I receive regular massages from Debby and I have never had massages with a therapist, who knows the mechanics of the entire body like she does!

She is supportive and individualizes her teaching to fit all levels of students - she is one of my favorite teachers of all time!

I was very impressed with her knowledge of the body and ability to relax me on so many levels.

Debby is a warm and knowledgeable teacher who offers adaptations for poses and exercises to help prevent any injuries and shares her own experiences which is also helpful.

She is incredibly passionate and gifted in what she does; she has a gift of listening and customizing what she offers to each person to help maximize their own journey to wellness.

I felt awesome afterwards, plus her studio is so clean and pretty, and she is just an all-around lovely person.

She has a way of making you feel like your the most important person in the room!

I took a yoga stretch class which was a quality class that really helped me with muscle tension.

But now that I am there for 4-5 months in the winter, I am a devotee in her studio or a Zoom watcher when necessary.
