Paul also continues to stay up to date on all the current information by attending continuing education courses and seminars regularly.
Edwin and Dane are both excellent trainers, with a ton of knowledge and experience to break down the exercises so I know how to do them safely and most effectively.
The trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly and I feel like I’m always being pushed and motivated to work hard and meet my goals.
My workouts are custom built to my goals, the gym is clean and follows covid safety guidelines, and my trainers push me in the best way!
