I hold one-on-one yoga classes, couple's yoga and group classes for employees, events and families. We work with people wanting therapeutic yoga to people wanting to improve their fitness and overall health and wellness. We even work with athletes who want to balance flexibility and strength to reduce the risk of sport injuries. Learn more about Therapeutic Yoga for Stress and Pain Relief.
