Combat Fitness
Combat Fitness is home of the greatest team ever. You'll never find a team greater in my opinion. The comradery of the people here make you feel like you're apart of a family. My teammates are my friends, comrades, and family. I owe that all to Coach Graeme. He makes every single person that comes into the gym feel like they're apart of a family, that they're apart of something bigger than themselves. He's given me the skills to be successful, the skills to defend myself, and the honor to be apart of Team Phoenix. The gym testes your physical strength and your mental strength; we strengthen and condition ourselves to be our greatest selves. I would of never experienced any of this if the doors of this gym never opened. But they did open. And I became apart of something greater than...

Love training here great people that have worked with me everyday to get better the coach is great, disciplined and does demand respect as he should since you are literally drilling things that can hurt people if not done properly an once known now gives you the responsibility to know how to control yourself and emotions as you rank higher because now the coach will depend on you to help guide the lower belts while not hurting them.
I went the gym one time to try with my cousin it while it wasn’t for me tho overall a fun experience the coach was very professional and did a great job explaining rules and why they are in place it was a great environment overall that was clean and everyone was very welcoming and I recommend this gym to everyone.
He runs a great class with high quality techniques and breaks them down as much as possible so all of his students can follow along.
At 42, my multiple sclerosis is basically a nonissue, no PTSD nightmares or hair-trigger reactions, clean almost a year, eating healthy, and most importantly I have repaired relationships that I damaged as well as developed several new ones.
The moment I walked into the facility Graeme welcomed me in and warmly invited me to drop in and participate in his class.
Without expositing too much about my personal struggles and life…I have found this place, students and especially the coach: to be truly loving, caring, kind (not nice) and in the best interest of ever single student that joins and continues to train here.
The coach does demand a lot of respect which is honestly appropriate being that he committed so much of his time to be where he is and give back to us hoping to be in his position one day.
Whether you want to train mixed martial arts as a serious competitor, just get in shape and learn some skills while you're at it, learn practical self defense for everyday life, or all of the above; whatever your starting point and goals this is a place you can learn to achieve them.
Good atmosphere around students no complaints there but i feel the Coach won't care too much about you unless you're competing .
Fantastic all the way around, from the facility, to the students but more importantly the coaching.
