Over the past 12 years, Chili's Plaza has been the cherished home of our studio, a place where countless individuals have found solace, healing, and personal growth. I enjoyed the class and got a great workout out of it!
Kerry also runs various workshops and retreats and although I have not been to one, they sound fabulous.
Everytime I finish her class; I Ieave with the ability to do something I've never done before.
We had to move out of area but I still travel over an hour each way to practice with these fine yogis when I can.
The instructor will describe the intention of the class, sing a mantra in Sanskrit, and you’ll set your intention before you start slowly moving through the poses (holding for about 3 minutes each).
The staff and environment are down to earth and also inspiring - I’ve taken the aerial class and the warm yin class and both were fabulous!
I learned so much and Terry is a thorough, thoughtful patient instructor!

He offers an interesting combination of styles and practices, creating a balanced and invigorating experience.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for yoga and I love all of the positive energy from the staff.
