
I became a personal trainer for one reason only and that's to help my clients reach their potential. I've seen many trainers lose the interest of their clients due to the repetition of workout routines. This is the main reason why I will never repeat a workout routine. Each workout is meant to be unique and challenge the limits of the client. My main goal is to always bring an idea to a client and allow them to take control of their workout(s). I'm just here as a coach and will always offer my knowledge but will never force a client to conform to them. Everyone has it in them to attain their goals as long as they are dedicated, disciplined, open to change, and persistent.

I’ve been working with Charles for about a month now and he definitely is a great trainer.
Before having my son I considered myself someone who was in excellent shape and loved working out.
The thing that sets Charles apart from other personal trainers, imo, is that he focuses, first and foremost, on form.
Classes are also fun and he challenges you to do your best!

He is intentional on making sure your time and money is not waisted during sessions.
