I never saw myself ever owning a barbell, but seeing and learning how versatile a barbell can be from Coach Jorge, Zach, Joe and Krista got me inspired to get my own barbell and plates from around the block at Weights and Bars and do the exercises that I've learned on my own when I can't make it to class.
The trainers are also experts—they will correct your form, give you special suggestions if you need to work around an injury, and they are inspiring because they really live the fitness lifestyle.
My goal was not to gain weight and even did better, lost some weight during a challenging time.
The coaches are knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, mobility and can customize all workouts to fit the needs of individuals based on fitness levels.
And if you want to be further challenged, every few months there are challenges you can choose to participate in that will challenge you to put even more effort but the gains are always worth it (I’ve participated in one so far).
