There's a class for everyone, I would recommend any class for new yogis but I would caution to build up ones tolerance to heat for the HOT 26 classes although I would recommend giving them a try later 💗
I got in a great class and enjoyed doing something different than I do at home.

He told a lot of good jokes in between breaths.
Every teacher here is incredible (Sharon, Alanna, & Yaya are crazy talented, and they high-key make me want to become an instructor haha).
Not only are the classes invigorating, but there’s also a grounding energy among instructors and other students alike.

You are always greeted by a friendly smile and feel supported and welcome in your practice, no matter if you have been practicing for 1 day or a decade.
