When i arrived at this center, the community leaders are so welcoming and full of positivity.

Along with the energizing exercises before and the closing exercises after the walking, the practice helped me find a sense of peace and alleviated stress and chronic pain.

Having spent 40 years of my life with accomplished meditation masters from different traditions I can say that Master Bodhi, his teachings meditations are unique and universal as his focus is on healing, happiness and compassion for the benefit of others.

Building endurance & qi gong skills were my imagined goals when I attended the training at The Bohdi Meditation Center in Master Jin Bohdi’s Energy Bag Gua Qi Gong.
