G'day ! I'm an identical twin from the suburbs of Sydney Australia. My sister and I have always been physically active. We started at a young age when we became the first female twins to race standard bred hoses. That industry brought me to the United States. After a few years living in New York I left the horse industry, got married, and had three wonderful sons. I received several personal training certifications while raising a young family. Years later we decided to get away from the cold and move to the sunshine state. Upon moving to Florida fifteen years ago, I noticed a lack of trainers for baby boomers.
