We will be featuring a local and loved CBD brand and invite you to indulge in some juicy yoga nidra with us while experiencing some of the goods. Yoga Nidra is commonly known as an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. You'll rest comfortably in savasana, or resting position, and be guided on a step by step meditation leaving you feeling relaxed and more connected with yourself. (*Please bring a blanket and dress warmly for ultimate comfort!) Some benefits of Yoga Nidra : "yogic sleep" - treats PTSD - improves memory and relieves stress - reduces symptoms of anxiety and depressing thoughts -greatly improves sleep -helps you to tune inward -releases tension and pain -improves awareness and mindfulness = helps you to learn about yourself immediately -peaceful and relaxing -you can't do it wrong -anyone can do it!

What are the pricing options after my introductory special?

We are a membership based studio and always reserve the best value for our members! We have flexible terms (3 or 12 month options) and packages designed with your lifestyle in mind (1 and 2 class/week or unlimited memberships). We have you covered too. Single class, and class packs are great for more casual use. Whatever you're looking for, we have something to help you meet your goals and needs. Private lessons are the perfect way to receive a personalized experience and answer any questions individual to you and your body.

What do I need to bring for class?

Most important, is an open mind and willingness to try! Beyond that, a mat, full-sized towel for the HOT classes, and a water. We always have these to rent or purchase in case you forget.

Do you have lockers?

We have cubbies and hooks to store your personal items during class. We do lock that doors at the start of each class. The Hot Room is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please plan accordingly to store your valuables.

Are there any age restrictions for attending classes?

Minors age 14-17 may practice without a parent present at The Hot Room by filling out this liability waiver. Under 14 may participate in classes with a parent present and the above liability waiver signed by the parent.

What is your class cancellation policy?

Cancellations completed 60 minutes or less, prior to the start of a class, are considered a late-cancel. It will result in a forfeited single class purchase, the loss of a class from a class package or a $10 fee for all unlimited packages.
