It's vacay season, so Aegis sojourned to sunny Florida...to collect some spiffy souvenirs. First, PJ V. collected GOLD in the IBJJF Orlando Summer International Open. After clinching his first match with a submission, PJ won his second bout 12-0, leaving him undefeated in competition with zero points scored against him. Then it was the kids' time to shine at the IBJJF Kids Pan Championship in Kissimmee. Jack F. pushed all the way through to the quarter finals but was bested in a very close match with a fellow gray belt. Ronan R. advanced from his first round with a beautiful arm bar and ultimately snagged a BRONZE medal in his division. CONGRATULATIONS to our intrepid, traveling competitors - way to earn respect for Team Aegis across state lines!
