She is a a trained doula, bodyworker and childbirth educator. She provides care that is highly individualized, loving and empowering nâ â â â â â â â â ní ¼í¼»A couple of words on her work :nâI have been accompanying families through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys as a community doula ever since. I have also expanded my support to include massage therapy, which I strongly believe everyone deserves access to. My work is guided by a deep connection to the earth and my ancestors, who respected birth as a ceremony and used massage as a âcure-allâ technique. nâ â â â â â â â â nI believe our bodies are portals through which we can access liberation during childbirth and beyond. I also believe that healing can only happen in community, and that is why my practice is grounded in reciprocity and relationship-building.
