Welcome! We are passionate about helping you succeed - please reach out if you have further questions. Before your first class, create an account online and make a class reservation to ensure you have a spot in class and also childcare if you are bringing your kiddos. We always take walk-ins if there is room, but some of our classes and childcares do fill up. You'll want to bring a towel, yoga mat and water bottle to every class - if you forget your mat we do have them to rent for $2 and also have towels and water bottles for sale. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get to know you, introduce you to your instructor and help you set up your spot. Just stop at the front desk when you get to the studio so we can check you into class and get you ready to go. We look forward to sweating with you!

We are happy to offer childcare for most day classes and some evenings - be sure to check the schedule to make sure it is available (and make a reservation) before you come. We are allow 14 kiddos per session so sometimes it does fill up. Like classes, walk-ins are allowed as long as we have the room! ($4 per child or $30 for a 10-pack.)

It is highly recommended that you sign up for studio and spin classes as well as childcare ahead of time by registering online. Walk-ins are welcome, but only if the class is not already full.

We have plenty of space to change clothes before and after class but we currently do not have showers. We do have lockers at our Corbin Park studio and cubbies at Mission Farms and Overland Park.
