What are the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer?

A professional can provide the roadmap needed for your success. We have the benefit of years of experience. We know the quickest, safest, and most direct route. A professional can save you years of frustration, and heartache.

What if I don't have enough time?

Live and virtual sessions are approximately 50 minutes. You only work out with us 2-3X/week. Online training happens on your schedule, and it's a lot more flexible. The rest of the program happens on your time. Together we'll brainstorm a plan that works for your lifestyle.

How do I know if online personal training is right for me?

Think about your motivation and your goals. Online personal training can help provide the plan, motivation, accountability, and structure to succeed. But if you aren't ready to commit, then please don't sign up. We're 100% committed, and we need you to be as well.

What are the benefits of using an online personal trainer?

An online personal trainer is a means to an end. If you struggle, more than likely is because you are missing accountability. You need someone on your team who cares as much as you do. An online trainer is also more cost-effective than live sessions. One hour of live training is $80/hour. You can start online training for as little as $1/day (Jumpstart Program) and $249/month.

What are the benefits of online training?

One of the top advantages of online personal training is flexibility. There is no set schedule so you can squeeze in your workout on your time. If you're traveling or have kids, you can schedule your workout on your time, regardless of our availability.
