In the diets of most of the clients we see, breakfast seems to be the meal where least nutritional balance is achieved. Breakfasts are typically packed with carbohydrates, and not much else, in the mistaken belief we must provide massive amounts of energy for the day ahead. By beginning the day with a high carbohydrate breakfast we are beginning a pattern that will resonate through the entire day.
