I like how the coaches at TS strike the perfect balance of pushing us and being supportive. There's no sense of pressure, just pure motivation. It gives me the confidence to test my strength when I normally wouldn't. What exercise do you dread? LANDMINE SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS. I love squats and deadlifts, but the landmine bar is so bulky for my smaller hands! Trap bar over landmine any dayyyy. What motivates you to exercise? Feeling stronger and seeing even the tiniest bit of progress. Progress doesn't have to be body changes, but even feeling more confident to lift heavier. It's all positive momentum. If you could eat only 1 food for the rest of your life, what would it be? So fun fact, my last name (Ahluwalia) means "potato person" in Hindi. Therefore, it's no surprise I would say French fries (or anything of the potato variety). It's so versatile and goes with almost anything!
