Do you have memberships?

We are a subscription based facility. We do have monthly unlimited packages, which save you money if you plan on using our facility more than a couple days a week. You may cancel your subscription at anytime however, we ask for a 30 day notice. For Pricing please see our Price List on this website located on the top of this page.

Do you accept my Insurance or Medicare?

Yes, we accept all insurances in our Murfreesboro location. We also accept HSA and Medical Flex cards. Silver Sneakers is not accepting new facilities at this time so, it is currently unavailable. (Physician reference required)

Aquatic personal training is perfect for almost any type of person, of almost any age, and any ability. Our instructors create workouts personalized to your goals and needs. If you are training for sports, if you want to improve your strength, rehab after surgery or an injury, want to lose weight, or want to simply improve your general fitness and tone-up in a new, and exciting way, aquatic personal training is a great and fun way to reach your health goals!

What is HydroMassage?

With HydroMassage, a powerful wave of heated water spans the full width of the user's body providing a powerful heated massage. Enjoy total relaxation while remaining comfortable and fully clothed. The system provides a fully customizable massage. HydroMassage is a comfortable, convenient, and more affordable way to get a heated deep tissue hands-free massage. HydroMassage provides a relaxing, rejuvenating massage that most users say is more effective, efficient, and relaxing than traditional hands-on massage.

What are the benefits of doing aquatic therapy/exercise in warmer water?

Using warm water during aquatic therapy and exercise assists in relaxing muscles and dilating blood vessels, decreasing blood pressure and increasing blood flow to injured areas. Patients with muscle spasms, back pain, and fibromyalgia can find this aspect of aquatic therapy especially therapeutic. Warm water is also much more comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing compared to colder and larger recreation pools.

The Rampage Scaled comp is known in the Middle Tennessee area as being the first local competition to be held exclusively for the "not-elite" athlete. Call it scaled, call it Sub-Rx, call it beginner or novice, either way, this one really is for the majority. For the people who like the sporting side of Cross Fit, but don't feel like their at that Rx level. There is only 1 division, with a mens and a womens category. There won't be any high skill movements required like Toes to Bar, Muscle Ups, Handstand Walks or Handstand Push-ups. Double Unders are a possibility, but you won't be penalized if you have to do the modified version. We also won't have any required "really heavy" weights. Anything we test that is really heavy would be more in the format of finding a max. Therefore you get to determine how much weight is used.
