FAQs

Where can I find the class schedule?

It's all on MINDBODY! You are able to see class schedules, class descriptions, pay for packages, and book/cancel classes all right there on the MINDBODY app!

How does the waitlist work?

Our class sizes are small and intimate, which means they book up fast! Join the waitlist and you will automatically be added to the class when there is a cancellation. Clients cancel all the time for various reasons, so your chances of getting off the waitlist and into the class are high! MINDBODY will send you an email notifying you if you made it into the class. It's a good idea (we HIGHLY suggest) to check back on the MINDBODY app to see if you are off the waitlist. Sometimes the email notifications aren't always seen, so please check the app! If you waitlisted, and later realize you aren't able to make the class- remove yourself from the waitlist so you aren't automatically added later.

Does that mean the class is full?

No! You are only able to book a class a maximum of 7 days in advance. If you are seeing the call button, that means the class is not open for reservations yet. Check back within the 7 day window to book!

Will this work for me?

Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness! Modifications are available for every fitness level. INTRO Reformer classes are required before jumping into a full Reformer class.

Do I need a membership to attend a class?

No! We do not offer memberships. We do have a variety of passes and packages! Choose which one works best for you! All packages expire within 90 days.
