Our programming is designed for the serious athlete who wants to improve their performance and unlock their true potential. The in-person program is appropriate for athletes ages 10+. We require athletes to be at least 12 years old to participate in the distance or hybrid program for safety purposes.

All of our training is done in a group setting and overseen by one of our trainers. We find that our athletes push and motivate each other to work harder and get better in this environment.

This isn't your run of the mill gym. Our outside the box programming is backed by science and isn't found in other gyms. We pride ourselves on teaching 3-dimensional athleticism while promoting equal parts strength and mobility training.

We do not hold formal "classes"; however, our staff is always in the gym to guide as needed and all athletes are working on the same workout progression, just at their own pace.

We specialize in working with baseball players, but our progressions are designed for any rotational athlete (golf, tennis, football, etc).
