Let’s hear from her: nn“Never did I think 7 years later, the same gym I was so scared and hesitant to start, I would still be doing the same rise and grind and still be excited to show up! NLXF is a HUGE part of my day. I often have patients tell me how crazy I am for getting up at 4:15 daily to workout, but honestly with 3 kids it’s my ME time. It’s my time to give back to myself after hauling their butts around every night😁. NLXF has pushed my body in ways I never thought it would. I was always the girl at the gym doing hours of cardio to look stick skinny. Now I live to lift heavy and have shifted my love of cardio to my love for heavy lifting. nnMy NSV would definitely be getting my hubby to join me FINALLY after 5 years. Kim may have been a huge part of that😉, but it’s fun to have him at the gym and it definitely brings out our competitive side even more! nnNLXF has changed my life in so many ways. I have made some pretty incredible friends and also have grown to love and appreciate my body and all its imperfections. NLXF pushes me out of my comfort zone and kicks my butt daily!
