Where would I be today without those that have supported me all along the way? I appreciate each one who has and yes, as Jack Kornfield says in this quote, it gladdens my heart. Joy certainly springs forth. Especially in these last two weeks which have been a little trying. When I remember the passion in my heart for what I like to share, the light shines forth and dispels any dark clouds of thought that I may have. I know I am stronger than I realize at times. I also know it is my mindfulness practice that brings all of this into fruition. For the most part, I am calm, steady and at peace and for that I am grateful.
